Quarter Plan Winter 2010(College Level): WORD
All international students are required to fill out and submit a Quarter Plan prior to the beginning of the next quarter. The purpose of a Quarter Plan is to protect your immigration status and to ensure that you are registered in the SEVIS (Student & Exchange Visitor Information System) database. When you fill out a Quarter Plan your IP advisor will confirm that your plans [to study, to vacation, to travel, etc] for the next quarter meet your immigration requirements to remain in status.
As an IEP student, it is especially important that you submit your Quarter Plan. This will help in setting up IEP classes for the next quarter. If you do not submit a Quarter Plan, you will NOT be registered for classes
If you are currently in IEP Levels 2-6, you need to complete the IEP Quarter Plan [the pink form in the IP office].
